So what type of spraying equipment do I use?

For water based urethane alkyd paint, I use a Titan airless paint sprayer.

For Pre-catalyzed  tinted lacquers, I use an HVLP spray system

HVLP sprayers are also used in auto painting for a smooth, mirror finish

To the right, and antique white with a dark brown glaze. Then a clear coat with high-gloss sheen

Here's what you WON'T GET from my job:

  • Messy paint spray all over your home
  • A cheap, oil-based lacquer, which tends to last only a few years
  • A quick "blow-n-go" low quality, rushed job

Here are some of the additional options that you may want to consider when getting quotes:

  • Repair of broken doors, drawers, loose cabinets etc
  • Soft closing hinges or drawers
  • Addition of crown or decorative molding
  • New toe-kick or quarter-round molding
  • Installation of new handles & pulls
  • LED accent lighting

When you hear the term Cabinet Refinishing, you may think that all jobs are the same...

This is not true at all!

Most of my competitors DO NOT do all of these IMPORTANT steps:

  • Completely sand down doors, cabinet faces and trim with fine grit sand paper
  • Remove all doors, drawer fronts, & hardware
  • Repair damaged wood, hinges, drawers, shelves, & loose cabinets
  • De-gloss (chemical cleaner) all wood surfaces
  • Prime wood with special primer
  • Paint cabinets using advanced water-based urethane alkyd or pre-cat lacquer
